Cancellations
You can cancel any order for a full refund until it leaves our shop. Once the rider is on the way, the order can't be cancelled.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo or video, and we will replace the item or refund it in full at no extra cost to you.
Change of mind
Unused items in their original sealed packaging can be exchanged within 7 days at our shop, Anand Gift Emporium, J Block Market, Saket.
For hygiene and safety, these can't be returned or exchanged once opened or used: lunch boxes, tiffins, water bottles, sippers and other food-contact items, and opened trading-card packs or blind boxes. Kanjak packs and gift bags are packed to order, so they can be returned only if they arrive damaged or wrong.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. For cash-on-delivery orders, we refund to your UPI ID or bank account.
